Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 2 day(s) before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 7 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €174 is held on 1 day(s) after arrival and voided on 3 day(s) after departure
Notes
RATES, FEES AND ADD-ONS: Daily rates can be fixed, or fluctuate, as determined by a dynamic pricing system based on average rates of similar rentals and amenities. Day of the week, season, holidays and events can affect the daily rates as Ownership may determine.
Rates will not change once a booking is made. The rates may not be the same on each online platform. All platforms reflect applicable taxes and a $200 USD cleaning fee. There is also a nightly “Short Stay” fee of $25-$50 for any bookings less than 4 nights. A pet fee is charged for each pet, per stay for $100 USD. Promotions may be offered through the direct booking website or on the Wet Sneakers LLC Facebook page.
